DiMaggio has consistently delivered headline-making results, including the sale of Arizona’s most expensive residential lot—a 1.25-acre parcel that closed for $7 million, setting a state record of $129 per square foot for raw land and contributing to the highest price ever paid for a single residential lot at $12.5 million. He has also represented one of the highest price-per-square-foot residential sales in Phoenix history, closing a single-family home in Arcadia Proper at $1,161 per square foot.
