Frank DiMaggio is the co-founder of MDF Development and the Managing Partner of Launch/Compass based in Scottsdale Arizona.  As a real estate agent Frank has consistently ranked among the top 10 producers in the industry, boasting impressive sales figures of $106 million in 2021, $95 million in 2022, and $103 million in 2023. Frank is the Managing Partner of Launch/Compass and was awarded “2021 Deal Maker of the Year”. As the CEO of MDF Development, Frank has spearheaded one of the valley’s preeminent luxury building companies.  MDF has consistently put out some of the valley’s top remodel and new build product selling for record breaking numbers.  Recognizing a gap in the real estate representation sector, particularly for clients dealing with luxury properties, Frank embarked on founding The Builders Group alongside his construction endeavors to offer a new level of service and knowledge to the buying and selling process.
